How to wake up early😪🤩

Hi guys do you want to know the secret(s) of waking up early...well here they are:

1. Early night
Go to bed earlier if you want to wake up at 5 a.m. go to bed around 10-11 p.m, decide how much you need sleep,and don't lie that you need 11 hours we all know thats not true, so make coffee, get up, and stay awake... i belive in you

2. Leave phone or laptop
Leave your phone or laptop turned off at least half an hour, or an hour before going to bed, you could read a book or get ready for bed but without phone, this really helps

3. Water
Drink water before bed but not too much, this will help you fall asleep faster

4. Thoughts
Before bed you know how all of the things go through your head, like all important and unimportant things (i am the same), something that would help you to sleep without so much thoughts is to write them down, instead of using phone just write everything that comes to your mind. You'll go to bed so much more peaceful.

5. Motive
Most important thing is the motive. Why are you waking up, decide that and it will be more easier (if you don't know the motive, just think you will watch the sunrise, hear the birds, enjoy morning..that's enough right?😊

6. Alarm
You need to set your alarm, just one alarm, and get up. There is 5 second rule where in the time when you are thinking you should go to bed again, think what could you do with that time.

7. REPEAT
And don't forget to REPEAT!!
